Join us on our online panel on remote interpreting in times of crisis to be held on Wednesday, 6 May 2020 at 12:00 AEST. The panelists will include AALC board member companies and AALC Associate Members and technology providers Primaxis, Boostlingo and Congress Rental. Remote interpreting is fast gaining in significance given the Corona virus crisis  Whilst the technology is ready and processes have been in place for some time now, the rapid uptake poses both challenges and opportunities to LSPs, Interpreters, Interpreting Service Buyers and End-Users.

Some of the questions we are intending to discuss include: What forms of remote interpreting are there? What is the difference between SRI and VRI? What are the do’s and don’ts. Is the market ready? Is technology infrastructure ready? What are the main pain points? What are the risks and opportunities?
